By booking an appointment with The Waxarie, you inherently agree to the following policies:

Late Policy

  • Here at The Waxarie, we understand that life happens. We offer a 10-minute grace period, but we try to be flexible according to our guests busy lives & circumstances where we can. If you are running late, please give us a call or text and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please understand that guests arriving later than 10 minutes past appointment time are subject to rescheduling and a late cancellation fee at the waxer’s discretion.

Any Changes to Appointments

  • Those who cancel on the same day of or no-show for their appointment may be charged 50% of the total service cost. The payment will be processed using the card we have on file. If payment fails, an invoice will be sent, and full payment will be required by your next appointment with us.

  • To avoid cancellation fees, please make any changes to your appointment at least 12 hours in advance, including rescheduling, removing or cancelling a service from an existing appointment.

Credit Card Information

A credit card will be kept on file to cover any no-show or cancellation fees that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases or services.

Services for Minors

When completing the Consent Form, both the minor and the parent/guardian agree to the minor receiving the scheduled service(s). The parent/guardian also gives consent by being present during the service.
