By joining The Waxarie’s VIP Flex/Flow Program…

You sign up for a bi-monthly/monthly agreement. The VIP Flex program requires one paid service completed at your visit to The Waxarie every other calendar month from the date you begin your membership. The VIP Flow program requires one paid service completed at your visit to The Waxarie per calendar month from the date you begin your membership.

How to Pay

You will pay for the service of your choice at the time of your appointment. The pricing for members will remain consistent as long as your membership is active, with no increases.

Details about the Maintenance Fee

If you do not schedule a service within a given month, a maintenance fee of $20 will be charged for members of The VIP Flex, and $15 will be charged for the members of The VIP Flow. Any outstanding balances must be settled at least by when you come for your next appointment.

How To Cancel

You may cancel your membership at any time with no cancellation fee. If you ever want to reactivate your membership after cancellation, a $20 reactivation fee will apply for The VIP Flex and a $15 reactivation fee will apply for The VIP Flow.

If you would like to cancel, just reach out to us via phone (text) or email. It must be in writing.

If you miss an appointment…

Your card on file will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. For appointments requiring longer than 30 minutes, an additional charge of $15 may apply for every 30 minutes reserved.

If you miss an appointment you scheduled for your monthly visit, you will still need to schedule and come for a service to avoid being charged the $20 maintenance fee for The VIP Flex and the $15 maintenance fee for The VIP Flow at the end of the month.

By booking an appointment…

You agree to receive marketing emails, text messages, updates, or other promotional materials about The Waxarie, unless you explicitly opt-out of receiving such communications. To opt-out, you must email The Waxarie stating your request after booking an appointment.
